Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All states and territories within Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout)

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

All LR Cosmetics orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also access tracking via your account dashboard.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home. If you prefer to sign for your parcel or opt out of ATL, please indicate this during checkout.

Public Holidays

Please note that shipping and deliveries do not occur on public holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

  • Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Shipping Delays or Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact our support team at [your support email] with your order number and issue details.

  • We’ll follow up with the shipping carrier and do everything we can to resolve it quickly.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

If an item like the 3x Toned Light Portable Mirror with Power Bank is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the expected shipping timeframe will be clearly listed on the product page. We will notify you once the item ships.
